Payment method: Credit card or bank transfer.

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the daily rates after making the reservation and the rest of the payment must be made at check-in, which can be in cash, debit or credit card (installments in up to 5 installments, with minimum installments of R$ 150.00.

If you choose to pay via credit card, please send us a copy of your document with photo by email ([email protected]) or via WhatsApp (81 988227980. We do not accept cards in the name of third parties, who will not be staying at the inn.

To pay by bank deposit, send proof of deposit via email to [email protected], with name and period, for better identification.

Proof must be sent within 24 hours of making the reservation, if we do not receive payment within the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation Policies

• Up to 60 days before check-in, you will not be charged a cancellation fee;
• Up to 59 days before check-in, the 100% deposit will be charged;
• Non-attendance (No-Show), the amount of 100% deposited will be charged;
• In case of early departure, there will be no refund of daily fees paid.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
