- Up to 4 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount already paid*
- From 3 days before check-in: there will be no refunds.
Packages, retreats and courses:
- Up to 7 days before check-in: 100% refund of the amount already paid*
- From 6 days before check-in: 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
- From 3 days before check-in: there will be no refunds.

Wifi For guests, we have the option of wifi in a specific room, from 7:30 am to 10 pm. However, as we are in the middle of nature, navigation may be impaired. No apartment has a TV, telephone or internet service, the invitation is for you to disconnect from your routine and connect with yourself.
Important observations: passing through the city, cell phone signal is lost and part of the road is dirt. Follow the yellow signs along this route. On rainy days, part of the dirt route may be affected, so we ask you to call reception, find out about its condition and follow our instructions.
For your comfort, we advise you to bring:
