Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment for the graduation package must be made at the time of booking as follows:
A- Payment via credit card in up to 10 installments
B- Payment via PIX of 100% of the value at the time of booking
WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA DEPOSIT OR CHECKS
The Contractor expresses in this contract that he is aware that there may be a show during the period of his stay, according to the day's schedule and depending on the artists' agenda, which will represent the value already included in his contracted package in the amount of R$ 100.00
Sole paragraph: the Contractor acknowledges that if the event (show) does not take place, he will be guaranteed the right to refund/compensation at the time of Check-out of the aforementioned amount, where he waives the right to any other compensation either in the form of excess material damage or morality due to the non-occurrence of the show.*
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION OF A STUDENT
Terra Parque offers the possibility of cancellation at no cost when requested via email at terraparque@terraparque up to 90 days before check-in and the start of the package.
With less than 90 days left until the package starts, you will be charged as follows:
89 days to 60 days = 50% of the package value will be refunded
59 to 30 days = 25% of the package value will be refunded
In less than 30 days, no amount will be refunded unless the student has a contagious disease (COVID) that could put others at risk.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REFUND REFERS ONLY TO THE VALUE OF THE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE.
ANY OTHER AMOUNT SUCH AS COST OF TRANSPORTATION, GUIDE, TRAVEL INSURANCE, AGENCY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BY TERRA PARQUE AS WE DO NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.
