Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
In accordance with law No. 16559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112
§ 2 In cases of cancellations made less than 60 (sixty) days and more than 30 (thirty) days
in advance of the scheduled check-in date, a fine of 50% (fifty percent) of the
total value of the reservation.
§ 3 In cases of cancellations 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the date scheduled for
check-in, a fine of 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total reservation amount will be charged.
§ 7º In case of no-show of the consumer, the full amount of the reservation may be charged
