Advance payment of the total accommodation amount via bank deposit/TED/DOC/PIX or VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards in 1 single installment.

In case of payment via bank deposit/TED/DOC/PIX, the reservations department will forward the banking information to the email address registered at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

According to State Law No. 15654 of 11/26/2015:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before guest check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid.

- Cancellation from 59 days before guest check-in: 100% penalty of the amount paid. No refund or credit will be given.

The customer is aware of and agrees with this policy from the moment they make their reservation through prepayment of the contracted daily rates. In the case of a reservation intermediated by a travel agency or tour operator, this company is responsible for making its customers aware of this policy.

Law No. 16559 of 01/15/2019:
Art. 112 - Cancellation of reservations in hotels, motels, inns and similar establishments, located in the State District of Fernando de Noronha, will comply with the provisions of this article:
• It is prohibited to charge a fine for canceling a reservation, as long as it is communicated at least 60 (sixty) days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. The refund/refund is made within 12 months after the end of the state of public calamity, as provided for in Law 14,046.00.
• In cases of cancellations made less than 60 (sixty) days and more than 30 (thirty) days in advance of the scheduled check-in date, the fine charged cannot exceed the limit of 50% (fifty percent) of the value total reservation.
• In cases of cancellations 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the scheduled check-in date, the fine charged may not exceed the limit of 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total value of the reservation.
• If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation may be charged.
• For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation, in accordance with CDC (Consumer Protection Code) policy. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied.
• In reservations that include national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, the supplier may freely establish cancellation deadlines and the amounts charged as a fine, as long as it does not exceed the total reservation.
