CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY: We do not accept third-party credit cards and virtual cards as a method of payment for the reservation. For security reasons, we request that the credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

General Policy
**Complimentary of 1 child up to 5 years old, in the same bed as their parents, except in master and executive suites, which accommodate only 1 couple.
DAMAGE CAUSED. Any damages that may be caused to the hotel's assets, whether by the owner of the accommodation or their companions, will be reimbursed to the hotel at the time of closing the account, taking as a reference the values contained in the spreadsheet of costs and assets with equity values, available with management. You must inspect your room immediately upon entering, you are responsible for all damage caused to the apartment. Do not throw cigarette butts in hallways and social areas, use appropriate ashtrays. Be careful when using cigarettes, for your safety and to avoid material damage to the hotel.
OF PROHIBITIONS. It is prohibited to leave clothes and towels outside the rooms or in any external area of the Hotel. The use of the kitchen by guests is not accepted. It is not permitted to remove swimwear or other objects from our property from the hotel premises. It is not permitted, at any time, to use sound devices or instruments that cause disturbance, as well as loud conversations, shouting or swearing that undermines peace of mind or causes embarrassment to other guests, especially between 10pm and 7am.
According to the law of silence (LAW N 126, OF MAY 10, 1977). Therefore, from 10pm onwards, silence must be respected by everyone, except for internal hotel events, where all guests will be aware of the event.
The use of illicit drugs is prohibited. Persons found using or possessing drugs on our premises will be asked to leave our establishment.
MINORS POLICY. By determination of the Child and Adolescent Statute, Federal Law No. 8,069, of 07/13/1990, it is prohibited to accommodate minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unaccompanied by their father and mother, without written authorization signed by both parents or by the one who is absent. Therefore, for accommodation of minors, it is necessary to provide the appropriate authorization with notarized signature(s) at check-in. We also remind you that regardless of whether or not the minor is accompanied by his or her parents, it is also essential at check-in to present the minor's identity document. All guests must present an identity document when entering the hotel.
CLARIFICATION: Early departure will not be refunded any daily rates paid, and for any reason, not used by the customer. In case of no-show (no show) on the check-in date, paid nights will not be refunded, and for any reason, unused nights will be refunded. And any withdrawal during the contracted period (daily rates or packages) will result in the pre-established full payment and there will be no refund.
SANITIZATION FEE: Smoking is prohibited on the Hotel premises in accordance with Anti-Smoking Law No. 12,546/2011. A 1 (one) daily charge will be made if cigarette or similar odors are detected. This amount will be used for intense cleaning and blocking of the accommodation for at least one night.
COVID-19:. Even with the significant improvement in the pandemic scenario, we want to emphasize that our commitment remains as always: to provide an unforgettable experience for you and your family. We have reached the stage where masks are released, however, the cleaning of common areas, apartments and kitchen utensils has not been left aside, they continue to be carried out with the same care and attention, in order to maintain everyone's safety.
