Deposit / Guarantee Policies

BILLING OPERATORS AND AGENCIES: A bill and invoice will be sent due by the 10th of the month in which the reservation is checked in.

PREPAYMENT OPERATORS AND AGENCIES
1.50% deposit required up to 8 calendar days after making the reservation and the remainder 15 days before check-in.
2. The reservation will only be confirmed by making a bank deposit and sending it to the hotel's email address.
3. If the deposit is not made, the operator or agency must cancel the reservation.
4. If the operator/agency is late in paying the invoices and does not give us any position on payment, the inn reserves the right to block check-ins for future reservations.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS WITH THE RIGHT TO CREDIT
Cancellations: the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but rather in credit for future reservations within 180 days (rescheduling allowed), outside of holidays and events and according to the availability of the inn. Below is an explanation.
1. Up to 20 days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will receive credit for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation;
2. Cancellation from the 19th to the 15th days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will be entitled to 50% of the credit;
3. From the 15th days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to refunds and/or credits;
4. All outstanding credit must be used within 180 days from the date of cancellation of the reservation;
5. The new date chosen will depend on the availability of the Inn;
6. If there is partial cancellation of the contracted days (for any reason) and the client is inside the Pousada, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, whether in cash or credit for accommodation, the full amount of the planned stay will be charged.
7. If the customer does not stay at the inn for the total agreed period, there will be no refund of the amount paid for the period of withdrawal.
