Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Refundable Payment Policy:
Payment via bank deposit up to 5 days before the guest's arrival.
Payment via corporate card in cash, for installments including interest of 2% per month, maximum 6 installments.
Confidential guest rates.
Rates not valid for groups.
NET fees not commissioned.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is free as long as it is done up to 10 days before check-in.
Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation.
- Cancellation
- HIGH SEASON - 12/21 to 03/15 - up to 20 days from check in without fine. From 20 to 10 days 50%. Less than 10 days 100%
- LOW SEASON - 03/16 to 12/20 - up to 10 days from check in without fine. From 9 to 5 days 50%.
- In case of no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, both HIGH and LOW season.
- To confirm the reservation we ask for 50% advance payment.
