Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation.
The charge will be made up to 15 days before check-in, however, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card at any time.
In case of a No-show, the amount of the first night will be charged, except in periods such as New Year's Eve and Carnival, when the total daily period will be charged.
If it is your first accommodation to be billed on the network, your reservation will be billed through analysis of the registration by the responsible sector, thus, even with billing observation on the channel, it does not guarantee billing for 15 days after Check -out
Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and/or changes are not permitted, otherwise a fine will be charged for non-attendance.
On other dates:
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before check in are free (1 day before check in).
- In case of no-show (no show), the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided in the reservation. (1st day)
- No show guarantee is required on all reservations.
- THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE FOR GUARANTEE ONLY AND WILL ONLY BE DEbitED IN CASE OF NO SHOW.
