Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Direct reservations with the hotel (website): Payment of 100% of the reservation in advance (deposit/credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments with a minimum installment of R$500.00). We charge a 10% service fee.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund of amounts paid in cash, bank deposit or bank slip requested up to 15 days before check-in. For reservations paid via credit card, there will be a 10% charge for administrative expenses. From 14 to 7 days from the check-in date: a fine of 50% of the total accommodation price will be charged. If canceled 6 days prior to check-in: There will be no refund of the amount paid to reserve the apartment(s). Any cancellation request must be formalized by email within the deadlines established above. Withdrawal without cancellation - No show: Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available until 12:00 on the day following entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. There will be no refund of the amount paid. Withdrawal after check-in: Cancellation of your stay upon arrival or after check-in at the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of your reservation. amount paid.
