Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The hotel offers two payment methods for reservations: 1) Payment by deposit: a total of 50% of the daily rate reserved is charged as a guarantee, which must be deposited within 5 days of the reservation date; 2) Payment by credit card: in this method, the total amount of the reservation is charged, in cash or in installments (depending on the policies applied to the selected dates), based on the information provided during the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing (preferably via the same email address that confirmed the reservation). Cancellations and changes will not be accepted by telephone. - Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival: no fee will be charged, and amounts paid in advance will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days; - Cancellations and changes made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival: a fine equivalent to 50% of the total number of daily rates will be charged; - No-show (no-show without prior notice): the reservation will be available to guests for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this, the total amount of the daily rates reserved will be charged. - Depending on availability, the guest may choose to keep the amounts due in cases of cancellations and changes as credit for future use, limited to 1 (one) year. NOTE: These policies may vary according to special offers and/or conditions, applied in different negotiations. In these cases, the specifics will be clearly detailed during the booking process and presented on the confirmation voucher.
