Cancellation Policies
Our refund and cancellation policy:
After 16 days of stay (check-in day) we will refund the amount* or leave the amount as credit to be used on another date during the period of one year from the initial check-in date.**
With up to 15 days of stay (check-in day) we will leave the amount as credit to be used on another date during the period of one year from the initial check-in date (only one date change is possible).**
With 14 days of stay (check-in day) there will be no refund of the amount paid, it will not be possible to reschedule the date.**
Reservations made with Credit Card will not be allowed to change the date, and in case of no-show the amount will not be refunded**
No Show: there will be no refund
Early departure: the full amount of the package will be charged and there is no refund
*In case of refund of amounts, in accordance with Law 14.046/20, the Inn has a period of 1 year for refund of amounts related to accommodation.
** It is possible to reschedule a date only once, with this new reservation being in accordance with current rates for the new period and subject to availability.
