Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The amount of 100% of the reservation will be charged via credit card in up to 6 installments (minimum installment of R$ 100.00) or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policies
Normal Periods - Cancellation/rescheduling of the reservation must be done up to 7 days in advance by email to [email protected], after this period there will be a fine of 50%. 24 hours before check in the reservation becomes Non-Refundable. No Show - If you are not notified by email to [email protected] and do not check in within 12 hours after the initial date booked, a fine of 100% of the amount paid will be charged and the apartment will be released for sale. Cancellation after check in/early check out - In case of early check out for any reason, there will be no right to any type of refund, reimbursement, rescheduling or credit in daily rates, with 100% of the amount of the contracted services being credited. The reservation will be considered confirmed when 100% of the amount has already been charged at the time of booking.
