CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, NO SHOW AND DATE CHANGE POLICY: CANCELLATION Within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment of the deposit (partial or total) of the reservation, the guest may change the reservation date, keep a credit valid for 12 months or opt for a full refund (via bank or credit card); After 7 (seven) days from the confirmation of the reservation, the following deadlines will be applied by the hotel: 1) Up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, there will be no fines and the full refund will be made, deducting only administrative fees; and the refund will be made within 10 (ten) business days after sending the refund data; If the payment was made by credit card 90 (ninety) days prior to the cancellation request, the refund will be made to the account after the installments have been paid; 2) Between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival of the guest, a credit card will be issued for the amount of the payment made, with a term of 1 (one) year, for use in our Hotel. 3) From 6 (six) days prior to the arrival of the guest, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND/ISSUE OF A CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT PAID. 4) For reservations confirmed via credit card, in case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the amount or extension of the credit card date. NO SHOW FAILURE TO SHOW on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a NO SHOW (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of arrival, after which it will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the apartment available to other guests. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. CANCELLATION Cancellation of a stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate. Values valid for the period booked. Late check-in or early check-out will be charged the full amount of the period booked. CHANGE OF DATE To change the date of a reservation already confirmed, you must contact us to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only any possible price difference between one period and another. Observing the DEADLINE OF 07 (SEVEN) DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE. In the event of any of the cancellation scenarios, the hotel will apply and charge the penalties described in accordance with the date of the cancellation notice and in writing. Only negotiations and requests formalized and documented in writing will be valid. Verbal requests will not be considered. OTHER MATTERS NOT COVERED BY THIS INSTRUMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY LAW NR. 8.078/1990- CDC. The parties elect the jurisdiction of Campos do Jordão- S.P, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be or may become, to settle any other disputes arising from the interpretation and execution of this contract.
