Payment will be made at the time of booking.

Reservation confirmation only after payment. Payment methods: Credit card - 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, if requested, in up to 6 interest-free installments on the card, with a minimum installment of R$200.00.

If installments are not requested, the amount of the first night will be charged in cash, using the card details provided at the time of booking. The charge will be made up to 24 hours after making the reservation. We accept Visa, Redecard, Elo, Hipercard, American Express (up to 3 installments). Bank deposit - Request bank details in the reservation notes. Payment of 50% of the total reservation amount and balance at check-in. Bank details will be sent by email by the hotel after the reservation is completed. The deposit must be processed within 24 hours after receiving the hotel's bank details.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL, NO SHOW AND DATE CHANGE POLICY:

CANCELLATION
Within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment of the deposit (partial or total) of the reservation, the guest may change the reservation date, keep a credit valid for 12 months or opt for a full refund (via bank or credit card);
After 7 (seven) days from the confirmation of the reservation, the following deadlines will be applied by the hotel:
1) Up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, there will be no fines and the full refund will be made, deducting only administrative fees; and the refund will be made within 10 (ten) business days after sending the refund data; If the payment was made by credit card 90 (ninety) days prior to the cancellation request, the refund will be made to the account after the installments have been paid;
2) Between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival of the guest, a credit card will be issued for the amount of the payment made, with a term of 1 (one) year, for use in our Hotel.
3) From 6 (six) days prior to the arrival of the guest, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND/ISSUE OF A CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT PAID.
4) For reservations confirmed via credit card, in case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the amount or extension of the credit card date.
NO SHOW
FAILURE TO SHOW on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a NO SHOW (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the time of arrival, after which it will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the apartment available to other guests. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
Values valid for the period booked. Late check-in or early check-out will be charged the full amount of the period booked.
CHANGE OF DATE
To change the date of a reservation already confirmed, you must contact us to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only any possible price difference between one period and another. Observing the DEADLINE OF 07 (SEVEN) DAYS BEFORE THE CHECK-IN DATE.

In the event of any of the cancellation scenarios, the hotel will apply and charge the penalties described in accordance with the date of the cancellation notice and in writing.
Only negotiations and requests formalized and documented in writing will be valid. Verbal requests will not be considered.

OTHER MATTERS NOT COVERED BY THIS INSTRUMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY LAW NR. 8.078/1990- CDC.

The parties elect the jurisdiction of Campos do Jordão- S.P, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be or may become, to settle any other disputes arising from the interpretation and execution of this contract.

General Policy

INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATES: BREAKFAST (FROM 7:00 AM TO 11:00 AM), FREE PARKING AND LEISURE AREAS (indoor, heated pool with air conditioning, wet and dry sauna, fitness area, playroom, games room, library, DVD library, bicycles);
CHECK-IN FROM 3:00 PM, CHECK-OUT BY 12:00 PM;
CONTRACT
- The use of electrical equipment (such as: electric milk frother, coffee machine, coffee maker, griddles, sandwich maker, iron, among others, in any of the facilities of the Serra da Estrela Hotel, whether in the apartments, restaurant or leisure areas) is expressly prohibited. If any such equipment is identified, an extra fee of R$200.00 per day/per room will be charged.
- HOTEL SERRA DA ESTRELA 100% NON-SMOKING. If any sign of smoking is detected in the apartment, an extra cleaning and deodorization fee of R$200.00 per day will be charged.
- HOTEL SERRA DA ESTRELA IS DOGFRIENDLY. For accommodation (small and medium-sized dogs only), it is necessary to fill out the liability waiver, which contains all the rules and the amount to be charged per day.
- The reservation will be considered confirmed only after payment in accordance with the payment policy.
- Any damage caused by the guest, as well as loss of items in the apartment or items that have been loaned by the hotel, will be charged to your account.
- According to LAW Nº 8.069, it is mandatory to present an ID for minors. If unaccompanied by their parents, it is mandatory to present a written and authenticated authorization at check-in. Minors are not allowed to stay alone. - According to Law No. 4 of the Health Code, of December 23, 2019, of the Tourist Resort of Campos do Jordão and the ordinances and RT of our municipality, the storage and consumption of food not produced by the kitchen of the Hotel Serra da Estrela/Restaurante Alquimia in the common areas of the Hotel is prohibited; The storage and consumption of food that is not produced by the kitchen of the Hotel Serra da Estrela/Restaurante Alquimia will only be allowed inside the room;
- SPA SERRA DA ESTRELA, charged separately. Booking at the reception;
- The breakfast included in the daily rate and offered by the Hotel Serra da Estrela contains plant-based and vegetable items and items of animal origin.
The apartments have heating, fan, thermo-acoustic windows, open and satellite TV, minibar, hairdryer, telephone and safe.
