The reservation will only be considered guaranteed after payment confirmation.
Requests without payment will be automatically canceled within 48 hours.
Payment can be made in two ways:
• In full at the time of booking; or
• A 50% security deposit, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in.

1. Cancellation with Refund
• The reservation is 100% refundable up to 7 days after payment.
2. Date Changes
• After 7 days, the reservation may be changed to another date, according to the current rate and availability, provided the request is made up to 30 days before check-in.
3. Cancellations and Changes Outside the Deadline
• After the 30-day period before check-in, it will not be possible to cancel or reschedule.
• In this case, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be applied.
• The same applies to reservations made less than 30 days before check-in, except for the condition below.
4. Reservations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Check-in
• These reservations may be canceled or changed up to 7 days after payment.
• After this deadline, cancellation or changes will not be possible, and a 100% penalty will be charged.
