Requests for cancellation or changes to the reservation period must be made by email, within the following deadline: 15 DAYS before check-in.
For cancellations or changes made AFTER the deadline stipulated above, or "no show", there will be no refund of any kind, nor will any type of credit be granted for use in accommodation on another date.
