When paying directly at the hotel, payment is made at the time of check-in.
We do not accept checks.
Payment by credit card
For rates with prepayment, the card will be debited immediately after the reservation is completed.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT payments by third party card.
If the holder of the card used for the reservation is not present, reception will request a new payment.
Invoiced reservations follow the rules.

Cancellation Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
ALL RATES ALLOW FREE CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS AFTER BOOKING.
FOR ALL OTHER CASES, THE RATE RULES BELOW APPLY:
There will be no refund in case of cancellation.
In case of REQUEST TO CHANGE DATE, an administrative fee of R$150.00 will be charged.
CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN / EARLY DEPARTURE:
Cancellation of the reservation upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the reservation.
NO SHOW (NO APPEARANCE): In the case of a No Show, there will be no refund.
