Payment by credit card
For rates with prepayment, the card will be debited immediately after the reservation is completed.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT payments by third party card.
If the holder of the card used for the reservation is not present, reception will request a new payment.
Invoiced reservations follow the rules.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. After 14 days, a fine of 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
