Cancellations made 10 (ten) days or less prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation value, with the same penalty applying to cases of no-show or early departure.

It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 20 days before check-in with a full refund. After this period, the full amount of the package will be charged.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT COST UP TO 20 DAYS BEFORE CHECKIN, AFTER THIS DATE A CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.

Hotel Manaíra will make a pre-authorization (blocking the amount of the accommodation) on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. This pre-authorization may be confirmed in the event of a no-show or canceled if the guest wishes to pay in another way at the time of check-in.
Cancellations up to 72 hours before check-in are free of charge; after this period, a fine of one night's stay will be applied.
