Cancellations made 10 (ten) days or less prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty corresponding to 100% (one hundred percent) of the total reservation value, with the same penalty applying to cases of no-show or early departure.

Cancellations up to 72 hours before check-in are free of charge; after this period, a fine of one night's stay will be applied.
