Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment method: Full payment in advance always 10 days before check in or invoiced 15 days after check in, upon submission and approval of registration data. Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival packages: Full payment in advance.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW:
* Rates are non-refundable;
* In compliance with consumer protection laws, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation;
Please note that the seven (07) day period will be respected as long as check-in at the Resort is scheduled for a date after this period.
* For cancellations or changes made after the 07-day period, a fine of 100% of the amount paid will be charged.
* In the event of a no-show or early departure, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
