ATTENTION: We do not accept deposits from abroad (outside of
Brazil).
2 – Send an e-mail – [email protected] – containing:
2.1 Proof of bank deposit;
2.2 Reservation details (check-in and check-out dates, full name of the reservation holder, reserved category, reservation code/number)
NOTE 1 - Bank deposits are EXCLUSIVE for reservations made through the Hotel Apa Pau Brasil website and sent by e-mail in a timely manner.
"BANK DEPOSIT RECEIPTS" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION AS A FORM OF PAYMENT
if they have not been sent previously to the e-mail mentioned above.
NOTE 2 - The interval between the date of the bank deposit and the date of the e-mail
with the reservation request cannot be more than 5 days after the reservation has been made on the website. WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
OUTSIDE THESE DATES! NOTE 3 – Once the deposit has been identified with our finance department, confirmation of the reservation will be sent by email within a maximum period of 5 days. NOTE 4 – There is no additional charge, in addition to the total amount of your reservation.

The guest must make a prepayment of the total price of the reservation 30 days prior to arrival.

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before check-in at no cost. Once the 30 days have passed or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

You can cancel or modify up to 72 hours before check-in without charge. Once 72 hours have passed or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
