Payment of the total amount via Pix
On other dates:Deadline for bank deposit: 48 business hours after the reservation is made. If the deposit is not made by the due date established by the Hotel, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. The reservation will only be confirmed after sending the deposit receipt via email: [email protected]. Payment by card: the hotel will charge the card as soon as the reservation is made. If the card details are not provided/released, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. At any time (including at check-in) the hotel may request presentation of the credit card used for this purchase as well as the identification document of its holder.
Cancellation Policies
By choosing a non-refundable reservation, you are aware that it will not be possible to obtain a refund of the amount already paid in the event of cancellation/change of the reservation.
