Cancellation Policies
The guest may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival.
The guest must make a prepayment of 50% of the total price after booking.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, we will not refund the payments made.
In case of Cancellation up to 48H before the date of arrival the reservation can be canceled without Cost. After 48H before the date of arrival in case of cancellation or no-show at the Hotel the value of the first night will be charged
