• Requests for cancellation or changes to reservations must be sent in writing, directly to the reservations department at [email protected];
• 30 days or more before the check-in date = No fine;
• Less than 30 days before the check-in date and Non-Refundable Rates = Fine of 100% of the full amount of the reservation;
• For late check-ins or early check-outs, only 50% of the amount of the unused nights will be charged, once the minimum stay has been met, with the exception of high season periods, special holiday packages and non-refundable rates, where 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
• There will be no refund of the deposit. The balance, if any, will be available as credit for a future stay and will be valid for 1 (one) year, except for Promotional Rates and Non-Refundable Rates, which will comply with specific Rate Rules. After this period, the credit will be automatically cancelled;

General Policy

• Check-in from 2:00 p.m.;
• Check-out until 12:00 p.m.;
• Low Season Periods:
From Ash Wednesday to June 30th and from August 16th to December 20th;
• High Season Periods:
From December 21st to Carnival Tuesday and from July 1st to August 15th.
Low Season Rates do not apply during periods with national and/or regional holidays;
• The Hotel has FREE Wi-Fi throughout the establishment;
• Free closed parking;
• We provide towels for the pool;
• All accommodations and indoor areas of the Hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the pool area and outdoor balconies; • On the day of check-out, the check-in will be held when the rooms are vacated and the guests are closing their accounts;
• The units will be cleaned every day between late morning and early afternoon. Bed linen will be changed every three days and bath towels will be changed daily. We do not clean the rooms or change towels on the day of check-out;
• The daily rates will be closed when the key is handed over to the Reception;
• The use of barbecues and/or grills (electric or not) inside or outside the rooms is not permitted.
• Corkage fee: The consumption of beverages brought from outside the Hotel is not permitted in the common areas. If guests wish to bring their own beverages to the common areas of the Hotel, a fee of R$49.00 will be charged per bottle (New Year's Eve and Carnival Corkage fee = R$98.00; there are no restrictions on the consumption of own beverages in the Suites); • Guests may only enter upon reservation and prior authorization from management. If authorized, a day use fee of R$60.00 per person may be charged.
• The Hotel reserves the right to admit or deny visitors or guests, always aiming at the exclusivity and comfort of its guests, as well as to define the permitted areas of access and services provided.
• The Hotel is not responsible for objects left on its premises and/or inside vehicles;
• Children up to 3 years old do not pay; Children from 4 to 11 years old will be charged an additional 20% of the daily rate in the chosen Unit; Children from 12 years old will be charged an additional 30% of the daily rate in the chosen Unit;
• Reservation changes must be made up to 72 hours before the Check-in date. Consult special conditions for promotional rates and/or Non-Refundable rates;
• Pets are not allowed.
