Cancellation Policies

A) Cancellations accepted only in writing:
I - within 22 days before check-in, 90% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
II - from 21 days before check-in, a fine of 50% of the package value will be charged. This condition also applies in the event of a no-show.
C) Cancellation due to the death of a guest and/or a family member (parents, siblings, children and spouse) with documented proof, the cancellation fee will be waived and the payment made may be reused within 6 months on another alternative date at the same location.
D) Reduction of stay: guests who have their stay period reduced by checking out before the scheduled date will be charged the proportional amount of the package plus 25% per day canceled.

On other dates:

In case of a reservation will be re-branding issued a voucher in the amount paid. The new reservation must be requested in advance, subject to availability, and must be complied with the tariff differences of each period and/or apartment.
