Full payment in advance at the time of booking, via bank deposit or in installments on a credit card.
Payment by credit card will only be accepted with the card of the person making the booking or a named companion. If the card is in the name of a third party, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation or modification is permitted without penalty up to 10 days before check-in, after which 1 night's stay will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: 100% of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of cancellation or change up to 30 days before check-in, 10% of the amount already paid will be withheld.
- In case of cancellation or change 29 to 11 days before check-in, 50% of the amount already paid will be withheld.
- In case of cancellation or change 10 days before check-in, 90% of the amount already paid will be withheld.
- In case of cancellation or change after arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, the total amount of the number of nights booked will be charged.
In case of purchase during promotion period:
Important: rates are dynamic and may be changed at any time. If there is a change in the reservation, fines may be applied, and the discount will not be valid for the new period booked. The new reservation will be made with the rate in effect for that period.
