Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
From the moment the reservation was confirmed there is no refund
On other dates:
the) will be required to pay at least 50% of the reserved daily with the issue of the "booking code", in the confirmation of the same.
(b)) the balance must be paid within 48 hours before entering the hotel.
c) All payments must be made by credit card or bank deposits in a bank account to be designated by the hotel and the receipt should be sent to the email:[email protected], to expedite the identification of the applicant.
For Operators:
the) will be required to pay 100% of the reserved with the issue of the daily "booking code", in the confirmation of the same.
b) All payments must be made through bank deposits, in a bank account to be designated by the hotel and the receipt should be sent to the fax: (73) 3668-1843 or email:[email protected], to expedite the identification of the applicant.
c) Deposits should be made in the following bank account: Banco Itau/Agency: 1648/Account: 41064-3/Favored: Ethnicity hospitality Service Ltda CNPJ 23,769,241/0001/:-03.

Up to 15 days before arrival: 10 per cent of the total amount of the reservation. Of 15 days before the entrance until 7 days before the arrival: 50 per cent of the booking value. From 7 days before the date until the day of arrival: 100 per cent of the reservation value
Policy applicable on dates: 12/26/2022 - 1/7/202312/26/2023 - 1/7/2024
Up to 120 days before the arrival: 10 per cent of the total amount of the reservation. Of 120 days before the entry until 60 days before arrival: 50 per cent of the reservation.
60 days before the date until the day of arrival: 100 per cent of the booking value in cases where the guest is not present will be charged 100 per cent of the booking total amount or value previously deposited.
The user can provide your replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.

15 days before the date until the day of arrival: 100 per cent of the value of the reserves. No show: 100 per cent of the booking value.
Policy is valid for the whole year except new year's Eve:
-Up to 7 days after the reservation has been made free of charge
-up to 30 days before check in: 10% of the value of the reservation.
-from 30 days to 15 days: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
-15 days before check-in day and No show: 100% of the booking value.
New year's Eve:
-Up to 7 days you can cancel free of charge.
-After 7 days until 120 days before the arrival: 10% of the total amount of the reservation-Of 120 days before the entry until 60 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation.
-60 days before the date until the day of arrival: 100% of the booking value in cases where the guest is not present will be charged 100% of the booking total amount or value previously deposited.
The user can provide your replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.
