Reservations with payment will be guaranteed until 10:00 AM on the day following the check-in date. After this time, in case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amounts paid. Cancellation requests for reservations/packages will only be accepted when formalized via email ([email protected]) within 14 days before the check-in date, with a full refund. If cancellation is not requested within 14 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund. After arrival and occupancy of the apartment, in case of early departure, in any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the total value of the reservation period will be charged. A credit/debit card administration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation by the applicant within the deadlines stipulated above. We do not accept checks or American Express cards.
