The GUEST is hereby informed that the property has two parking spaces, for the exclusive use of the GUEST, only during their stay.

II – PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Clause 4. The total cost of the accommodation is set at R$1,100.00 (reais), corresponding to a daily rate of R$1,100.00 each. A deposit of R$550.00 (reais) is paid, in addition to R$550.00 (reais) plus any additional charges contracted, to be paid at the time of check-in contracted by the GUEST.

Clause 5. Payment may be made in the following ways:
● Cash (Pix, money or TED) or credit card (Installments up to 12x with interest).

Sole Paragraph: The values mentioned for lodging in Clause 3 authorize a maximum of 2 (two) people inside the lodging. Exceeding this number will incur an additional charge of R$400.00 (four hundred reais) per person over 12 years of age or R$200.00 (two hundred reais) for children from 3 to 12 years of age, per day. The stay of other guests is subject to prior authorization from the INN, and visitors who may stay overnight at the lodging will also incur additional charges, as described above. On the other hand, visitors who remain on the premises for minutes or hours, even if they do not stay overnight or are just passing through, will also incur the aforementioned fees.

III - OPTIONAL SERVICES CONTRACTED

Clause 6. The parties agree that during the stay, the INN may provide, if contracted by the GUEST, additional services, as described in the PDF that accompanies this contract, the payment method of which is described in the sole paragraph:

First paragraph: In case of contracting the aforementioned additional services, the amount must be paid in full at the time of contracting, in a single installment.

Second paragraph: Payments may be made by bank deposit or transfer, linked to the name of CABANAS PETRO LTDA, PIX Key: (CNPJ) 55626853000125, ITAÚ BANK.

Third paragraph: Payment will be conditional upon verification of the credit in the INN's current account. No invoice will be issued for the services described.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

Clause 7. The GUEST may request cancellation or modification of the lodging date, provided that it is done up to 20 (twenty) days in advance of the contracted date. Otherwise, the INN will retain the total value of the reservation.

First paragraph: In the event of cancellation where an immediate reservation is made by another guest on the same date previously agreed between the parties, as described in this document, 50% (fifty percent) of the value may be refunded to the current GUEST, with 50% (fifty percent) retained for the INN's administrative costs.

Second paragraph: Staying at the INN beyond the contracted period will imply payment of double the daily rate for each day exceeding the contracted period until final departure.

Third paragraph: The absence of payment by the GUEST of the amount referred to in Clauses 3 and 4 on the agreed date and manner of payment will constitute a breach of contract, entitling the INN to consider this contract terminated, subjecting the GUEST to the payment of a penalty corresponding to the total amount paid under the terms of the Clause.

Fourth paragraph: If the GUEST does not appear on the scheduled check-in date, the contract will be automatically considered terminated, without the right to a refund of the amount paid.

• Rates valid per day and per apartment;

• Check-in time from 2:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM;

• Late departures or early arrivals are subject to charges and availability;

• We do not charge a service fee;

• Accommodation for minors accompanied by parents with the child's document;

• Accommodation for minors unaccompanied by parents with the child's document and authenticated accommodation authorization;

• Rates include breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM;

• We do not offer extra beds, only cribs subject to availability;

• Late departures or early arrivals are subject to charges and availability;

• There is no charge for 1 child up to 6 years old in the same room as parents/guardians.

• Changes will only be accepted 24 hours prior to the check-in date;

• Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel; • We do not accept checks;

• Online payment transactions are conducted in accordance with LGPD regulations.
