*The credit card used for guarantee or payment of the reservation must belong to one of the guests staying at the property. The cardholder must be present at check-in and present an official photo ID and the physical card used for the reservation. Vila d’este Hotel does not accept third-party cards under any circumstances, even if authorized.

If, at check-in, the cardholder is not present, the physical card is not presented, or the use of a third-party card is identified, the initial payment will be canceled/refunded, respecting the deadlines of the operator and the issuing bank, and a new full charge will be made at the time of check-in, to a card in person belonging to one of the guests actually staying at the property. The guest responsible for the reservation must also be staying at the property.

Cancellation Policies

Does not allow alteration or cancellation.
In case of cancellation, alteration or no-show: 100% of the reservation total will not be refunded.

*Credit card payments will only be accepted if the cardholder is one of the guests. For security reasons, we do not accept credit cards from third parties for payment and guarantee of the reservation, and in the event of confirmation or lack of response on the part of the guests, the reservation will be canceled for this reason. At check-in, you will be asked to present the card used to guarantee the reservation and the holders ID document.

Allows alterations or cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before check in.
Less than 10 days before check-in and no-show, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of short stay after check in, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
The same rules apply for changing reservations.
