Credit card: full payment in up to 03 interest-free installments for reservations of two (02) or more days; or in cash for reservations of 01 day. IMPORTANT NOTES: - PORTOBELLO DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH THIRD PARTY CARDS. - Inform the number of installments at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policies
In compliance with consumer protection laws, the deadline for changing or canceling a reservation free of charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation has been made. *We emphasize that the period of seven (07) days will be respected as long as entry into the Resort is scheduled for a date after this period. In case of no show or early departure, there will be no refund of amounts paid.

- In accordance with consumer protection laws, the deadline for canceling a reservation without charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation is finalized.*
*Please note that the seven (07) day period will be accepted provided that the arrival at the Resort is scheduled for a date after this period.
- For cancellations or changes to the reservation date after seven (07) days before the scheduled arrival date at the Resort, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
- In case of no-show or early departure, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
- In accordance with consumer protection laws, the deadline for canceling a reservation without charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation is finalized.
