Cancellation Policies
Cancellation, changes and No-Show In accordance with consumer protection laws, the deadline for changing or canceling a reservation without charge is up to seven (07) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation. * *We emphasize that the seven (07) day deadline will be respected as long as the arrival at the Resort is scheduled for a date after this deadline. In case of no show or early departure, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
