RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
1 - Refundable Reservation
The customer makes the purchase and can cancel 24 hours in advance of the check-in date. The Hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorization (blocking the amount on the credit card) regarding the value of the first night. The charge will be made at check-in (entrance).
2 - Non-Refundable Reservation
During periods of major events or season, the charge will be made at the time of purchase and the total amount of the reservation will be debited from the card. This reservation cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
3 - Reservation Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested by email. Cancellation via phone or instant text message communication device will not be accepted.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE
1 - Reservation with no-show guarantee
Reservations with a no-show guarantee can be canceled up to 24 hours before the check-in date. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and the amount cannot be reversed as a credit for future accommodations. In the case of a non-refundable reservation, the advance charge and the total amount for the period will be maintained. The reservation with a no-show guarantee is active in the system until 11am on the day following the guest's check-in date.
2 – Reservation without no-show guarantee
Reservations without a no-show guarantee are automatically canceled at 6pm on the guest's check-in day to make the apartment available for sale to another customer.
When booking two or more rooms, you will need to select rates in the same currency.
