To guarantee and confirm your reservation, a payment of 100% (fifty percent) of the total accommodation cost is required, using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
If payment is not identified within 24 (twenty-four) hours, the reservation will be subject to automatic cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate - operators, peak season and holidays.
On other dates:
Once payment for the reservation is received, it will be confirmed. If cancellation or date changes are necessary, the client must notify us in writing (via email); cancellations or changes by phone will not be accepted. The remaining balance of the stay will be charged at check-in. Cancellation or date changes are subject to availability and applicable fees as per the conditions below:
In case of early departure from the contracted stay, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance or credit for another period;
Cancellation notice given more than 14 days prior to check-in will result in a 100% refund, or 100% of the amount paid will be credited to be used on another date within 6 months;
Cancellation notice given more than 7 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund, or 50% of the amount paid will be credited to be used on another date within 6 months;
Cancellation notice given less than 7 days before check-in: no refund or credit for use on another date;
Cancellation notice given less than 24 hours or no-show** (failure to arrive on the day of arrival): no refund and no credit;
**'No-show' is a cancellation without prior notice, i.e., when the guest does not arrive at the hotel on the reserved check-in date. The room will be available to the guest until the deposited amount covers the full number of nights (any remaining balance will be retained by the hotel as compensation), after which the reservation will be cancelled.
Please note that refunds for reservations paid by credit or debit card will be processed within 35 business days. If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be subject to an administrative fee.
** In case of cancellation of paid reservations, request a refund via email, stating the reason and the same bank details of the depositor (bank, branch, account, beneficiary, and CPF or CNPJ).
