Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be converted into a credit voucher, valid for 1 (one) year from the original check-in date.
Cancellation of the reservation must be formally requested by email.
The use of the credit voucher for rescheduling is not valid for peak season periods, holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, and no category upgrades will be granted.
The rescheduling request must be made at least 30 days in advance, upon presentation of the credit voucher.
The value of the credit voucher will be applied according to the current rate for the chosen period, and the guest may, subject to availability:
-Change the accommodation category;
-Modify the number of nights;
-Use the balance to offset consumption at the inn.
