The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.
If the card provided is invalid or the transaction is not authorized, the establishment will contact the guest to request a new card. The new details must be sent within 24 hours of the request. If there is no response within the stated timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation without penalty
Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will be subject to a 50% penalty of the total reservation value.
No-show
In case of no-show by the guest on the scheduled check-in date, without prior notice, a penalty of 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
