Cancellation Policies
1 - We do not refund amounts paid as a reservation guarantee, as described below, they will be transformed into credit for another date.
2 - In case of early departure of the contracted daily rates, the debt amount must be paid in full.
3 - The reservation is made upon payment of 100% of the total daily value. A confirmation is then sent via email or WhatsApp.
4 - We consider the Reservation Effective, only after proof of payment corresponding to 100% of the global value of the combined package.
5 - WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION ''NO SHOW''
Failure to show up without prior written communication within the deadlines described in this document, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a ''no-show'' (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 12 hours, starting from the entry time.
After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% of the amount paid being retained), making the place available to another interested party.
There will be no refund of the amount paid for the reservation or credit for another date.
6 - WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY
Cancellation of your stay after check-in has been completed, at the entrance to the inn, as well as early departure, mainly due to a change in weather or for any other reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund or reimbursement in cash or credit. in new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the accommodation package or daily rate.
If there is a need to cancel the reservation or change the date of accommodation, the customer must notify the hotel in writing, and cancellations or changes made by telephone will not be accepted.
Changing the reservation date must always respect the availability of places at the inn and dates agreed by it.
On special dates we will not make changes, especially in packages for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, long holidays and festive dates.
7- RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS DURING THE WEEKEND AND WEEKEND
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but in credit for accommodation.
Up to 15 days before the date of accommodation, the guest will have credit (accommodation) for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.
Less than 15 days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation), except when occupied by a third party for the same period and type of room, transferring the amount paid for future use within 90 days and excluding holidays, counting from the date of check-in not made
8 - CANCELLATION OF PACKAGES ON LONG HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS
In case of cancellation, the amount deposited in the reservation confirmation will not be refunded in cash, but rather in accommodation credit, as long as communication is made up to 15 days prior to the accommodation date. The customer will receive credit (accommodation) for the full amount in advance, as long as they choose a new date at the time of cancellation.

Any outstanding credit must be used within 90 calendar days of the date of cancellation of the reservation.
If there is partial cancellation of the contracted days and the customer is inside the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded, whether in cash or credit for accommodation.
If there is an outstanding balance on the contracted package, the customer must pay it upon arrival at the hotel.
