In this category of apartment (PET), the guest is responsible for: - Sign the pet accommodation liability agreement upon check-in; - Provide food and water for the pet throughout the stay; - Be responsible for collecting and cleaning pet waste in all areas; - In areas specifically delimited for PET circulation, such as social areas and restaurants, always keep them on your lap or on a leash; - Schedule room tidying in advance, so that the guest is present or absent with the pet; - Keep the pet with the guest or a designated guardian at all times, never leaving it alone in the apartment or other areas of the Resort; - Avoid noise or any other disturbance, also aiming for the well-being of other guests; - Do not bathe, wash or dry your pet in the hotel room; - Do not use the bed and bath linen in the bedroom, furniture or bathrooms in the apartments for feeding, hygiene or pet care; -If the pet creates any type of disturbance that may cause complaints to the hotel by other guests, as soon as formally communicated by the hotel manager or whoever designates, you must immediately take the necessary measures to accommodate it in another place that other than the Celebration Resort (Check for a hotel for pets at the Resort reception); - If any damage to properties and/or furniture caused by the pet is found during the stay, the guest must contact the reception area to analyze the charge related to the damage and maintenance of the damaged item; - Assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or material damage caused by the pet, suffered by any guest, employee or visitors to the hotel, including the veterinarian and his employees, exempting Celebration Resort Olímpia from any judicial or extrajudicial claim that may arise; - If necessary, contact the resort reception or our virtual assistant, to obtain suggestions for emergencies with a veterinary clinic, pet shop, pet hotel, among other essential services.
