Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation it is necessary to make a payment of 50% of the total amount of the lodging, to be made through the credit card informed (without installment payment). If you opt for payment in installments (up to 6x being the minimum installment of R $ 200,00), the full amount of the reservation will be charged. After payment is made via credit card data, we will send your VOUCHER CONFIRMATION OF RESERVE, document that proves and guarantees its lodging. If there is a remaining balance, it can be paid up to 2x on the card at the time of check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners. Checks and American Express cards are not accepted.

We do not work with cancellation on holidays, such rates are non-refundable. Early departure during the stay: there will be no refund of the value to the guest either in cash or by letter of credit. No guest attendance: the signal can not be deducted from the remaining package. At check-in, 50% of the package must be paid for the number of people present.

In the other cases, we follow EMBRATUR Normative Resolution 161/95:
I - For cancellation requests of reservation, the following policy will be adopted, according to the number of days prior to the check-in date of the guest:
a) less than 7 days, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded;
b) Between 8 and 14 days, the amount equivalent to 50% of the advance will be returned;
c) Between 15 and 30 days, the amount equivalent to 70% of the advance will be returned;
d) more than 30 days, the amount equivalent to 90% of the advance will be returned.
The refund may also be converted into a credit to be used within 90 days. In addition to the amounts above, the equivalent of 5% of bank fees for the financial transaction will be discounted.
