When choosing Rate: Tarifa Reembolsável - 15 dias. Book 60 days in advance and win a 5% discount.
Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation, you must make an advance payment of at least 50% of the total cost of accommodation.
If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation (see installments).
After payment has been made, we will send you your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION VOUCHER, a document that proves and guarantees your accommodation.
If there is a remaining balance, it can be paid at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express cards
Attention: We work with a service fee of 6% of the total accommodation to be charged at check-out, 100% of which goes back to the employees.
Payment for the reservation is considered acceptance of the terms of the cancellation policy and cannot be challenged later.
Cancellation Policies
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. The guest must pay 100% of the total price in case of cancellation within 15 days prior to arrival. Prepayment The guest will be charged a 100% prepayment of the total price in the 14 days prior to arrival.
