Cancellation Policies

Free cancellation up to 7 days after booking confirmation, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, a 100% penalty will be applied to the total cost of the stay.
On other dates:Cancellations made up to 72 hours before check-in are free of charge; after 72 hours, a full night's rate will be charged.
