During high season periods, cancellation is authorized up to 15 days before check-in. The reservation will only be guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation up to 48 hours after the request in low season (February, March, April, May, September, October and November, except holidays) and up to 24 hours in high season (January, June, July, August and December) After the deposit, if canceled within the deadline, the credited amount will be available for a period of 7 months, counting from the date of cancellation. After this period the credit will return to Encantes do Nordeste without refund to the customer. After making the confirmation deposit, cancellation outside of the above period will incur a penalty. charge for NO SHOW (non-appearance of a guest or passenger who had a reservation confirmed and did not cancel within the stipulated period). The value of NO SHOW corresponds to the full amount deposited to guarantee the reservation. (50% of the total value of the accommodation).
