Cancellation or changes made up to 14 days before check-in (arrival date): No penalty fee; Cancellation or changes made 14 days or less before check-in (arrival date): A penalty of 10% of the total package price, including taxes, will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded with a Credit Note. Note: Refunds will be issued via a Credit Note, subject to the applicable cancellation deadline.
