For confirmation of reservations, payment of 100% of the total reservation amount must be made in advance.
Payments with non-refundable conditions receive a 7% discount via PIX* and a 5% discount via credit card* (EXCEPT for leisure groups, corporate events, congresses and accommodation packages with flights).

Cancellation or changes up to 40 days before check-in (arrival date): No penalty fee;
Cancellation or changes 40 days before check-in (arrival date) or less: A penalty of 20% of the total package price, including taxes, will be charged. The remaining payment will be refunded with a Credit Note.
NOTE: Refunds will be issued via a Credit Note, according to the applicable cancellation period. The Credit Note is valid for up to one (1) year from the cancellation date. It can be used to offset the cost of a new reservation, according to the current rate and resort availability.
Cancellation or changes made up to 14 days before check-in (arrival date): No penalty fee;
Cancellation or changes made 14 days or less before check-in (arrival date): A penalty of 10% of the total package price, including taxes, will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded with a Credit Note.
Note: Refunds will be issued via a Credit Note, subject to the applicable cancellation deadline. The Credit Note is valid for up to one (1) year from the cancellation date. It can be used to offset the cost of a new reservation, subject to the current rate and resort availability.
