Deposit / Guarantee Policies
- For operators with approved registration, payment invoiced.
- For other agencies/operators, prepayment of the full reservation value is mandatory.
For individuals:
1. Upon confirmation of the reservation, 10% of the value of the reservation/package may be charged, including any fees
and/or
2. Up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation/package value may be charged, including any fees
and/or
3. In a period of 15 days before check-in, 100% of the reservation/package value may be charged, including any fees
Cancellation Policies
Reservation Cancellation Policy – REVEILLÓN
1. For cancellation requests more than 45 (forty-five) days prior to the date of arrival at the hotel, the customer will be entitled to:
The. Letter of credit for the total value of the package (*), valid for use for up to 12 (twelve) months, counting from its issuance, without the right to extension; or
B. Change of reservation date; or
w. Refund of the total value (*) of the package, with a 10% (ten percent) fine discount in favor of the HOTEL, as compensation, and any fees already paid by the HOTEL.
In case of cancellation request less than 45 days before the date of arrival at the hotel or after check in, no letter of credit or refund will be granted.
In case of No-show, no-show will be charged the full amount.
Regular Air Ticket and Charter Flight
The charter flight does not allow rescheduling, transfer or refund of a changed or unflown segment, in case of cancellation by the CUSTOMER or change, less than 60 days in advance
before the travel date, the amount corresponding to the chartered flight will not be refunded.
(*) Airline tickets are personal and non-transferable. For cancellations more than 60 days in advance of the date of arrival at the hotel, the fine charged by the Airline will be deducted.
REIMBURSEMENT
The Refund will be made by the HOTEL to the current account held by the CLIENT, or cancellation of the credit card, when it is used for payment.

B. Change of reservation date; or

Reservation Cancellation Policy – high season (January, Carnival, July, December, Christmas and national holidays):
1. For cancellation requests made more than 45 (forty-five) days before the date of check-in at the hotel, the customer will be entitled to:
a. A credit letter for the total amount of the land package, valid for use for up to 12 (twelve) months, counting from its issuance, with no right to extension; or
b. Change of reservation date in accordance with the new prices; or
c. Refund of the total amount of the land package.
In the event of a cancellation request less than 45 days in advance of the date of check-in at the hotel or after check-in, no credit or refund will be granted.
In the event of a No-show, no-show or late cancellation, the amount of 2 nights will be charged.
Regular Airline Ticket and Chartered Flight
The chartered flight does not allow rescheduling, transfer or refund of a changed or unflown leg. In the event of cancellation by the CLIENT or change, less than 60 days in advance of the travel date, the amount corresponding to the chartered flight will not be refunded.
(*) Airline tickets are personal and non-transferable. For cancellations more than 60 days in advance of the date of check-in at the hotel, the fine charged by the Airline will be deducted.
REFUND
The refund will be made by the HOTEL to the current account of the CLIENT, or the credit card will be canceled, when this is used for payment.
BLACK FRIDAY RATE (SEASONAL POLICIES DO NOT APPLY) - Non-refundable and without date changes: when booking with this rate, you agree not to receive a refund of the amount paid if you decide to cancel the reservation. This rate does not allow date changes. Even if you do not use the reservation, the amount will not be returned, regardless of the period of the reservation. This rate does not allow cancellation and date changes.

w. Refund of the total value (*) of the package, with a 10% (ten percent) fine discount in favor of the HOTEL, as compensation, and any fees already paid by the HOTEL.
In case of cancellation request less than 7 days before the date of arrival at the hotel or after check-in, no letter of credit or refund will be granted.
In case of no-show, no-show will be charged the amount of 1 night.
