For reservation cancellation requests, the following policy will be adopted, depending on the number of days prior to the guest's scheduled check-in date:<br/>a) less than 7 days, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded;<br/>b) between 8 and 14 days, the amount equivalent to 40% of the advance will be returned;<br/>c) between 15 and 30 days, the amount equivalent to 60% of the advance will be returned;<br/>d) exceeding 30 days, the amount equivalent to 80% of the advance will be returned.<br/>Drop off upon arrival or after entry:<br/>Canceling your stay upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.<br/>- Withdrawal without cancellation "no show" the place will remain available until 11:00 pm on the day of check-in, after this period the reservation will be canceled with 100% of the amount paid retained.<br/>Check-out made after 11:00 am will be charged 50% of the daily rate and after 5:00 pm the full rate will be charged.<br/><br/><br/><br/>WITHDRAWAL ON ARRIVAL OR AFTER ENTRY:<br/>CANCELLATION OF STAY UPON ARRIVAL OR AFTER ENTERING THE HOTEL, AS WELL AS EARLY DEPARTURE FOR ANY REASON WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, CAUSING THE TOTAL LOSS OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PACKAGE OR DAILY RATE<br/>- Cancellation without cancellation "no show" the place will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time, after this time the reservation will be canceled with retention of 100% of the amount paid.<br/>Check-out made after 11:00 am will be charged 50% of the daily rate and after 5:00 pm the full rate will be charged.
