A prepayment of the full price will be charged at any time.

The reservation must be made at least 05 (five) working days. 100% of the total reservation amount must be deposited for it to be confirmed.
PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD:
100% of the total price will be charged at any time.
PAYMENT VIA DEPOSIT:
100% of the total amount will be charged at any time to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation Policies
The full price will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
A pre-block on the card can be done at any time.
If your card is rejected, you will be notified via email and the reservation will remain active until 6pm on the scheduled check-in day.
POLITICS NEW YEAR / CARNIVAL / HOLIDAYS
The full amount will be charged in case of NO SHOW
No changes or cancellations allowed.
The full price will be charged if you cancel your reservation.
