The reservation must be made at least 06 (six) working days. 100% of the total reservation amount must be deposited for it to be confirmed.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 1/14/2025 - 6/30/2026

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival. You will be charged 100% of the amount of the first night in case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival. The value of the 1st night will be charged after 48 hours. In case of rejection of the card, you will be informed via email and the reservation will be active until 18:00 on the scheduled check-in day. NEW YEAR'S EVE / CARNIVAL / HOLIDAYS POLICY The total amount of the period will be charged in case of NO SHOW. It does not allow changes or cancellations.
